This policy explains when payments to FounderMate LLC can be refunded. To cancel or request a refund, email [email protected] with your order details.
1. MVP Spec ($490)
- Full refund if you cancel before the discovery call.
- No refund once the discovery call has taken place.
2. Launch MVP ($4,900)
- If you cancel before the demo, we refund the kickoff payment minus the value of work completed up to the cancellation date.
- The final payment is due on delivery.
3. Build Sprint ($2,500 per sprint)
- Refundable only if you cancel before the sprint starts.
- Once a sprint has started, its payment is non-refundable.
4. Care Plan ($299 per month)
- You can cancel anytime.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing period.
- We do not refund partial months.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
